Most Johns Creek clients I see go the telehealth route — traffic on 141 and McGinnis Ferry is not therapy, it's a stressor. If you'd rather come to the Alpharetta office in person, you're welcome, but you don't have to fight the drive to do good work.

I focus on anxiety and OCD. CBT for the worry and reassurance loops. ERP for the intrusive thoughts and rituals. Direct, warm, and pointed at real change — not endless processing.
